Behavioral Marketing Consultant — I Diagnose the Decision Before You Fix the Ad
Most campaigns don't fail at execution. They fail at the moment the customer decides. I'm a doctor who became a marketer: I read buying behavior the way I once read symptoms, then build the message, the funnel and the price around how people actually decide.

You leave with a written diagnosis, whether we work together after it or not.
Your marketing plan describes the customer. It never describes the decision.
Open any marketing plan and you'll find the same pages: segments, personas, channels, budget. One page is always missing — the one explaining what happens inside a person's head in the second they choose.
You know the symptoms:
- Click-through is strong. Conversion won't move.
- The customer understands the offer perfectly, then postpones for no stated reason.
- You cut the price and created doubt instead of sales.
- Your product beats the competitor's. The competitor outsells you.
- Every campaign restarts from zero, because nobody knows why the last one worked.
These aren't advertising problems. This is a diagnostic problem.
The Behavioral Diagnosis — Sixty Minutes on the Table
One session, in person or remote, where your funnel goes under examination: the message you send, the decision you're actually asking for, and the friction stopping people from making it.
How the hour runs:
Complaint
You talk, I ask. Which number won't move, and since when.
Examination
We go through the real material: the page, the ad, the rep's opening line, the pricing table. No theory.
Diagnosis
I name the bias or the friction standing between your customer and the decision, and explain the mechanism.
Plan
Three executable changes, ranked by impact, each with the metric that proves it worked.
What you leave with: A written summary within 48 hours — the diagnosis, the three changes, and how to measure each. Execute it with your team, or with me.
Pricing is sent with the booking link.
Three ways to work together
1. Behavioral Diagnosis
One diagnostic session on a funnel, a campaign or a message. Best when you know something is broken and can't locate it.
Deliverable: written diagnosis + three prioritized moves.
2. Behavioral Audit
A full read of the path from ad to payment: messaging, positioning, pricing architecture, friction points, exit points.
Deliverable: audit report, rewritten core messaging, an execution map for your team.
3. Strategic Partnership
I work as the behavioral layer inside your team — strategy, positioning, campaigns, measurement, and a regular test-and-learn cycle.
Deliverable: a written strategy, an operating rhythm, and a team that can read behavior after I leave.
Also available: a half-day in-house workshop or team talk.
This is a fit if…
This is a fit if…
- You sell something people think about before buying — pharma, tech, education, professional services, high-consideration goods.
- You already have traffic and spend that work. The problem is conversion, not reach.
- You own the decision, or you sit at the table where it's made.
- You want to know why something worked, not repeat it on luck.
It's not a fit if…
- You need hourly ad execution or daily account management.
- You want a number to double in two weeks. Behavioral work changes decisions, and decisions need a measurement cycle.
- The message, the price and the page are all locked. A diagnosis without permission to change anything wastes both our time.
A doctor in the marketing room
I trained in medicine and read symptoms before I read dashboards. Nine years marketing pharmaceuticals taught me that the most rational buyer imaginable — a physician — decides using the same biases that move everyone else. Then I moved into agencies, tech, and the Gulf, and found the same pattern speaking a different language.
The difference isn't that I know the vocabulary of psychology. It's that I was trained in a sequence: presentation → examination → diagnosis → plan → follow-up. Marketers jump from presentation straight to plan. Doctors don't.
- A diagnosis, not a template. I don't sell one framework to every case.
- Applied behavior, not educational content. A bias that doesn't change a line on your page doesn't make it into the report.
- Egyptian and Gulf context. Social proof, authority and scarcity don't behave here the way they behave in the American case studies in the books.
Questions people ask before booking
Does “behavioral marketing” here mean behavioral ad targeting?
No — and the confusion is common, especially in Arabic, where the term is mostly used for tracking users to serve personalized ads. That's a media tool. What I do is applied behavioral economics: why a person decides what they decide, and how to build the message, the offer and the price around it. One is a targeting setting. The other is a strategic layer.
How is this different from a marketing agency?
An agency executes. I diagnose and decide what's worth executing. Many of my clients already have an agency — I work alongside it, not instead of it.
Do you execute, or only advise?
Diagnosis and audit are advisory. In a strategic partnership I go into execution with your team or your agency, but my hands stay on strategy and measurement, not on daily buttons.
My sector isn't pharma or tech.
The method doesn't change with the sector. I've worked across four of them, and the common factor is that the purchase isn't impulsive. If your customer thinks before buying, the method applies.
When do I see results?
Message and page changes are readable within 2–4 weeks of implementation, assuming clean measurement. Positioning takes longer and pays deeper. I'll tell you in the diagnosis which kind of change you need.
What if I don't have enough data?
Missing data is itself a finding. We start with what exists — the page, the message, sales conversations — and the plan includes what to start measuring.
Start with the diagnosis
Sixty minutes, your funnel under examination, a written diagnosis in your hands afterwards. If we decide not to continue together, the plan is still yours.
